1. The track reserves the right to refuse entry to any car, driver, crew memeber, or fan due to any rule violation or incident.
2. Due to insurance regulations, all in the pit area must sign a waiver / release form.
3. All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times for safety reasons.
4. Absolutely no weapons of any kind on the raceway premises.
5. According to insurance regulations, anyone driving a race car at any time must wear a fire resistant uniform, gloves, safety approved helmet, and have a five-point harness.
6. All cars must have a working fire extinguisher secured and within the driver’s reach.
7. Anyone receiving injuries at the race track must report the injuries to the proper officials before leaving the raceway grounds.
8. Driver’s must be atleast 18 years of age or 11 and have a release signed by a parent or guardian, who accompanies the minor each week of racing.
9. No car owner’s, mechanics, crew member’s, driver’s, or any other participants shall have a claim for damages or expenses against the raceway, it’s officials or employees.
10. The decision of the track officials on the interpretation of the of the rules, scoring, flagging, and race procedure are final.
11. A car can run in only one division per night. A driver can run in only one division per night unless pre-approved by the raceway.
12. If a driver enters and starts three races in a division in a season, that driver may not move down to a lower division that same season, unless pre-approved by the raceway.
13. Driver and car owner assume the responsibility of their crew in every respect. If a crew member starts an altercation, the driver and car owner assume responsibility and may be fined and / or disqualified. If you go to anothers pit area you will be held liable.
14. Maximum two people at a time may confront a track official with a question or complaint. Do not argue with a track official, you may be fined and / or suspended.
15. Working on cars on the race track is not permitted at any time. Cars will be penalized for infraction of this rule. Track officials are not permitted to remove body parts or assist a car in any way. You will be required to go to the pit area, if the damage is a danger to other competitors.
16. If we are forced to call a race for any reason, it is final if half the laps are complete.
17. Any car bringing out a caution flag three times unassisted may be sent to the pits.
18. Rough driving will be dealt with through fines and/or suspensions. This may include loss of winnings and points for that night.
19. Any car light at the scales during qualifying will start at the rear of the field in the feature race. Any car light at the scales during the feature will be disqualified with no points or money.
20. Only one person per car is allowed at the scale area after a race. No others may enter the tech shed.
21. No car can recieve assistance from from another car on the last lap of the race.
22. Only the driver or registerd car owner may register a car for the race.
23. Only the driver or registerd car owner is allowed to recieve the winnings at the pay off window.
SCORING PROCEDURE
1. All driver’s must be prepared to compete in the event for which they are scheduled. If a car is not at the starting grid, when the field starts to pull away, that car will be relegated to the rear of the field.
2. You must run in the heat race that you are registered. No changing heats.
3. Race back to the flag on the first and last lap, unless the red light is turned on. If the red light is turned on, we will make an effort to freeze the field and score the cars as they are and that lap will be counted. If the accident occurs before the leaders pass the flagstand on the initial start, we will do a double file start.
4. All cars bringing out the caution flag will be sent to the rear of the field.
5. When the caution flag waves, cars are to hold thier positions.
6. Any car that spins out another car will be sent to the rear of the field.
7. Any car that spins out another car on the last lap of the race will be placed behind that car in the final payoff.
8. Any car that spins or stops to avoid hitting a spinning car will go back to its original position, unless it makes contact.
9. Cars going to the pit area under caution will go to the rear of the field.
10. Lapped cars will hold their position in line, unless they choose to go to the rear of the running order. In the last five laps of the race, all lead lap cars will be placed ahead.
11. Caution laps will not be counted.
12. We will attempt to give a car time to change a flat tire during the feature races, pending time limit and weather. Do not abuse this rule!
13. If a car jumps the initial start of a race, it will be given a warning. If this happens a second time, it will go to the rear of the field. If a car lags back to get a running start, it will be given a warning. If this happens a second time, it will go to the rear of the field. THE FLAGMAN STARTS THE RACE !!!
14. If a car jumps on a restart, it will be penalized one lap. A restart is determined when the leader takes off or when the green flag waves, whichever come first. On a restart, the leader may start between the caution lights in turn three and turn four. The leader must maintain a constant pace at a reasonable speed.
15. Any car that receives the black flag will no longer be scored. If a car is ruled to be a danger, the race will be stopped and the car will be forced to the pits.
16. Cars receiving the move over flag need to adhere to this flag. This means to allow the leaders room to pass. If you are running at the top of the track, stay there. If you are running at the bottom of the track, stay there. Hold your line.
RACE PROCEDURE
1. If a driver wins three races in a row, that driver will start in the rear of the feature the next regular event. If the next event happens to be a special event, it will carry over to the next week. Cadets have their own race format.
2. If a driver wins ten or more races in a single season, that driver will have to move up to a higher division the next season. This rule applies to PURE STOCK FOUR CYLINDER and PURE STOCK V-8.
3. At the conclusion of the feature race in each division, the top five cars must report to the scale area before entering their pit area. The winner in each heat race must report
to the scale area before entering their pit area. Only one person allowed with each car at the scale area.
4. If a crew member goes onto the racetrack to work on a car, that car will be black flagged and sent to the pits. If a crew member goes onto the racetrack to start trouble, that car will be disqualified.
5. If a driver gets out of their car on the race track that car will be sent to the pits. If the driver attempts to start and altercation, they will be disqualified. If the driver does start an altercation they will be suspended.
6. Any post race altercations will be dealt with through fines, disqualifications, and / or suspension.
7. Any altercation with a track official is an automatic suspension and / or disqualification.
PROTEST PROCEDURE
1. Questions or protest can only be made by the driver or listed car owner. Protest must be declared while at the scale area.
2. Visual protest must be made prior to qualifying at no cost to either party involved.
3. All protest must be paid in cash. NO CHECKS.
4. Maximum cooling time on a protested engine is one hour.
5. Only the driver finishing behind said car may file a protest. Only the top three positions may be protested. If you want to file a protest on more than one car, you must put up money for each.
6. Only two people from each car will assist with the protest. If any conflict arrises during the protest, the protest will be canceled by the track. And the party that causes the conflict will forfeit the protest.
7. If you are found to be illegal, you will be disqualified, resulting in a loss of points and money for that event.
8. If a protest is refused two times in a season that driver will loose points up to that night and will have to show the engine to the technical inspector before being allowed to race in that division again that season. You may run in a higher division without showing your engine.
9. There will be an equal tear down in all protest. Both parties put up equal money and show equal parts.
